Our age is for learning ?

Yes every body in this world learn something everyday. Some people learn something from papers and books but there are some people who try to learn with observations. Experts says average mind people learn from papers and books but high quality mind learn with observations. Please remember here something gain from papers and books can stick with mind only for limited time period but knowledge and information gains with keen observations can stick with mind library for next whole of some one life.
